It's that time of year again! Time to pack the bags, call the friends to housesit (by that I mean appease the royal pooch), and wing our way over the pond! EXCEPT. Now is NOT the time, and this is NOT the year. Covid-19 cancelled our plans. It's a First world problem and I totally get that. Still, the disappointment of not seeing friends and family is hurting my heart.
SO.
Maybe now IS the time to post all those photos I've promised over the years. As we speak, I'm furiously sorting photos and preparing to posts. I'm hoping for daily posts starting September 3rd through mid-October. And maybe a smattering beyond. Photos taken on that day from various years, various places. I get to re-live my travels abroad, and lucky you! You get to share in this seeming never-ending vacation slide show.
So sit back. Put the needle on the record again and sing along. "Kiss me and smile for me / Tell me that you'll wait for me / Hold me like you'll never let me gooooooooooooo....."
